Materials Needed: Drapery panels with 4-in-1 header tape, metal hook belt (provided), optional clip rings, rod rings, and back tabs.

Hook and Ring Method: Place the metal hooks into the third row of tape pockets, then attach them to the drapery rod rings.

Clip Ring Method: Fasten clip rings onto the header tape just above the second pocket and hang directly on the rod.

Rod Pocket Method: Thread the curtain rod through the 3-inch pocket at the top of the panel.

Back Tab Method: Insert the rod through the sewn back tabs for a sleek, tailored appearance.

Pinch Pleat / Tailored Pleat: Hang the panels using adjustable pin hooks for a structured look.

French Pleat / Goblet Pleat / Inverted Box Pleat: Insert metal S-hooks into the eyelets on the header and attach them to the rod rings.

Pinch Pleat with Back Tab: Combine standard pin hooks at each pleat with back-tab support for added stability.

Pencil Pleat: Space wave-fold hooks evenly along the header tape and hang them on rod rings for soft, uniform folds.

Tools & Materials

Your package includes a pre-assembled track with carriers, tape buckles, mounting brackets, screws, and wall anchors. You’ll also need a pencil, level, drill, screwdriver, and ladder.

Step 1 — Unpack & Verify

Carefully unpack all components and confirm that everything is included before installation.

Step 2 — Mark the Mounting Line

Measure the finished curtain length and add approximately 1½ in. (38 mm) to determine the track height. Use a level to draw a straight guideline for the brackets.

Step 3 — Join Track Sections (If Needed)

For wider windows, connect the track sections by loosening the splice screws, aligning both ends tightly, and tightening the screws again.

Step 4 — Install the Brackets

Install the first and last brackets 3–4 in. from each end of the track. Space the remaining brackets no more than 24 in. apart. Drill pilot holes, insert wall anchors when necessary, and fasten each bracket securely.

Step 5 — Secure the Track

Loosen the locking plates on the brackets, position the track, rotate each plate about 45° to lock it into place, then tighten all screws firmly.

Step 6 — Prepare the Track

Remove all protective foam spacers and peel away any adhesive liners. Slide the carriers across the track to ensure they move freely.

Step 7 — Attach the Curtain Panels

Snap the first two curtain fasteners onto the master carriers. Insert the remaining pre-attached pendants into the carriers, then secure the final fastener to the end cap.

Step 8 — Create the Ripple Folds

Starting from the master carrier, guide the fabric backward over two carriers, then forward over the next two. Continue this pattern until even 4-inch ripple folds are formed across the entire track.

Step 9 — Install Side Returns (Optional)

For a finished appearance, install the wall return using the supplied screw and tenter pin, then hook the edge of the curtain panel into place.

1. Cordless Roman Shades — Inside Mount

Tools & Materials

Cordless Roman shade, mounting brackets, screws, wall anchors (if needed), drill, screwdriver, pencil, and level.

Step 1 — Position the Shade

Verify that your window frame has a minimum depth of ¾ in. Center the headrail inside the window opening and hold it flush against the top of the frame. Mark the bracket locations with a pencil.

Step 2 — Install the Brackets

Drill 1/8 in. pilot holes at the marked locations. If mounting into drywall, insert wall anchors before securing the brackets with screws.

Step 3 — Install the Headrail

Align the headrail with the brackets and press firmly until it snaps into place. Confirm that the shade is level and securely locked.

Step 4 — Test the Shade

Raise and lower the shade several times to ensure smooth, even operation.

2. Cordless Roman Shades — Outside Mount

Installation follows the same process as an inside mount, except the brackets are attached to the wall or trim above the window opening. Once the brackets are installed, snap the headrail into place and test the shade for smooth operation.

3. Cordless Roman Shades with Wooden Headrail

Step 1 — Position the Headrail

Place the wooden headrail inside the window frame or above the window for an outside mount. Use the pre-drilled mounting holes as a guide and mark the screw locations.

Step 2 — Secure the Brackets

Drill pilot holes and fasten the brackets securely to the mounting surface.

Step 3 — Attach the Headrail

Lift the headrail into position, clip it into the mounting brackets, and tighten the wing nuts until secure.

4. Cord-Lift Roman Shades

Install the mounting brackets and headrail using the same steps as the cordless version.

Install the Cord Cleat

Choose a location at least 5 ft. (1.5 m) above the floor. Mark the mounting holes, drill pilot holes if needed, and fasten the cord cleat securely.

When the shade is fully lowered, wrap the lift cords neatly around the cleat to help keep them out of reach of children.

5. Cord Cleat Installation

Step 1 — Attach the Lift Cord

Wrap the lift cord or bead chain around the cleat in a figure-eight pattern to keep it secure.

Step 2 — Mount the Cleat

Mark the installation point, drill pilot holes if necessary, and secure the cleat with the provided screws. Install it at the recommended child-safe height.
