Order processing
Orders are processed and custom-made within 1–8 business days after payment and all measurements and options are confirmed. The shipping time begins after processing is complete.

Free standard shipping: Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$299 or more, as shown in the cart after discounts, qualify for free standard shipping to the United States.
Estimated total delivery time: processing time plus the selected transit time. Standard orders normally take 21–43 business days in total; express orders normally take 13–28 business days in total.
Shipping origin, tracking and customs
Orders are produced and dispatched from China using third-party international carriers and fulfillment providers. When an order ships, we email the carrier and tracking number. Tracking updates can take 1–2 business days to appear.
For orders delivered to the United States, the prices and shipping charges shown by us include customs duties and VAT. Customers should not be charged additional import duties by us on delivery.
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays or an incorrect delivery address. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 60 days of the shipment date and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
