3-Year Warranty Policy

USADrapery, operated by Shanghai Jidoumi Business Consulting Co., Ltd., provides a 3-year limited warranty on products purchased directly from usadrapery.com. The warranty starts on the date the order is delivered to the original purchaser.
What is covered
The warranty covers verified defects in materials or manufacturing that arise during normal residential use, including a production error that causes the product to materially differ from the confirmed order specifications.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, fabric aging, sun fading or reasonable dye-lot and screen color variation;
- Customer measurement or option-selection errors;
- Improper installation, misuse, accidents, water damage, pets, unauthorized modification or self-repair;
- A change of mind or any non-defective custom-made product.
How to make a claim
Email info@usadrapery.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video showing the defect. We normally acknowledge requests within 1–2 business days and may request additional information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim.
Warranty remedy
For a verified covered defect, we may repair, remake or replace the affected item, or provide an appropriate refund when repair or replacement is not reasonably available. We cover reasonable shipping costs for an approved warranty remedy. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.
